Prior to forming Nexim Healthcare Consultants, he was the Finance
Manager at a major Investment Bank in Toronto, Canada. Henry’s Business and recruitment philosophy is simple: Honest, ethical and meticulous, for clients and candidates alike.
Herman Kalule Ssebayigga – Recruitment Consultant
Herman is an experienced Human resource consultant that has worked on three continents- Europe, Africa and North America- Canada. He is a meticulous individual that use his international skills to find those points at which a client’s exact human resource requirements match the job needs of a given candidate. A through research analyst; he always seeks to clarify the essential and desirable qualities in each search put forward by any of our clients which he then uses to search for and find the right candidate and at the right price point. He is a graduate of business administration and involved in several community organizations especially those that are committed to making education accessible to children in his native Uganda.
