- When you contact us we begin with diligently collecting all information from you regarding the assignment; skill set required, term of contract, type of work, hours to be worked, work environment etc.
- We then search through our database and match the role to a worker who best meets the requirements and job profile you would have placed with us.
- We schedule this worker for the assignment at the agreed clients location or premises of business and send our clients confirmation via e-mail and or telephone of the same
- The worker also receives an e-mail and telephone confirmation of the assignment with address details, a map for directions and the person to report for the assignment
- On Completion of the first assignment; we
make a follow up call with both the client and staff to establish how the assignment went for both Candidate and client
- Follow-up: Nexim contacts you after work has begun to allow you to give us feedback. We value your experiences and strongly believe that open communication from both ends is the best way to improve the service experience.
